  • Campaign setup or management

  • Strategy planning or consultation

  • Any digital work already started


3. Eligible Refund Scenarios (If Applicable)

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake

  • Service not started due to internal reasons at Digitallydelight

  • Payment deducted but service confirmation not provided

All refund requests are subject to internal review and approval.


4. Non-Refundable Services

  • Paid advertising management fees

  • Website development after project approval

  • Content creation services

  • Consultation or strategy calls


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may request cancellation before service initiation

  • Once work has started, cancellation does not qualify for a refund

  • Subscription or monthly services must be cancelled before the next billing cycle


6. Processing of Refunds

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Amount will be refunded to the original payment method

  • Transaction or gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable


7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks without contacting Digitallydelight may result in:

  • Immediate service termination

  • Account suspension

  • Legal action if necessary

Clients are encouraged to contact us first for resolution.
