Any digital work already started
3. Eligible Refund Scenarios (If Applicable)
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
Duplicate payment made by mistake
Service not started due to internal reasons at Digitallydelight
Payment deducted but service confirmation not provided

5. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation before service initiation
Once work has started, cancellation does not qualify for a refund
Subscription or monthly services must be cancelled before the next billing cycle
6. Processing of Refunds
If approved:
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
Amount will be refunded to the original payment method
Transaction or gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks without contacting Digitallydelight may result in:
Immediate service termination
Account suspension
Legal action if necessary
